Eligibility:

Employees of legal-forms-kit.com, Incorporated (the "Sponsor"), its affiliated companies, auditors, marketing agency, major suppliers, competitors, and members of their immediate families (spouse, parents, siblings and children, regardless of where they live) or members of their households (whether or not related) are not eligible. By entering, you agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which will be final.

To enter just register to receive a free, Email Newsletter by entering your e-mail address, your state, your zip code and the topics of interest to you on the Sweepstakes Giveaway signup page.

You must be subscribed to the legal-forms-kit.com Newsletter at the time your entry is selected to receive a prize. Persons attempting multiple entries, whether through sign-ups using multiple email addresses or otherwise, or who unsubscribe and then re-subscribe, will be disqualified. Any other attempt at Internet or e-mail entry is invalid.

To Win:
Monthly Winners will be selected in random drawings by legal-forms-kit.com staff from all eligible entries who subscribe to our Newsletter online, during the preceding week. Winners may be announced on the legal-forms-kit.com website, through links from the Newsletter and/or by Email. Winners must claim their prize and confirm their eligibility within 15 days. If the information you provide us while registering is not true and incomplete, or the email address you registered with is not working, or you have asked to unsubscribe from the legal-forms-kit.com Newsletter, or violated other contest rules, you will not be eligible to win. No cash redemption, assignment, transfer or substitution of a prize may be permitted.

At least 1 Monthly Prize will be awarded, which is a Palm Pilot Vx, as determined by Sponsor. The approximate retail value of Palm Pilot Vx is $399.95.

General Conditions:
Each winner may be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, Taxpayer ID number and where lawful, a Publicity Release within 10 days of notification. Failure to return documents in a timely manner, or if prize notification or prize is returned as undeliverable, will result in disqualification. By entering the Giveaway you are authorizing legal-forms-kit.com to publish your name and location if you are selected as a Winner; by accepting a Prize, where permitted by law, winner grants to legal-forms-kit.com, Inc. the right to use and publish his or her name, portrait, picture, for advertising and promotional purposes without additional consideration or review globally on the World Wide Web. Further, by accepting the prize the winner releases and agrees to hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates from any and all liability for any injury, loss or damage of any kind to person, including death, and property arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize, participation in any Giveaway-related activity, or participation in this Giveaway.
