Consultant agrees to perform the services (mention in the form) for Client, in return for the services provided; the Consultant shall be paid, either as fixed, installment basis or monthly etc basis. Consultant shall submit invoices for all services rendered. Consultant shall be responsible for all expenses incurred while performing services under this Agreement.
