Blow the Whistle on
Child Abuse
If
you suspect abuse, contact one of these agencies today.
First, thank you for
your concern for the health and safety of this child.
As the Federal agency
responsible for helping States to improve the well being of children
and youth, the Department of Health and Human Services assists States
in establishing guidelines to make their own laws to protect abused
and neglected children. We have no authority, however, to intervene in
individual child abuse and neglect cases. Many states have a toll free
number to call to report suspected abuse. Please check the listing
below for your State.
