Consultant agrees to perform the services (mention in the form) for Client, in return for the services provided; the Consultant shall be paid, either as fixed, installment basis or monthly etc basis. Consultant shall submit invoices for all services rendered. Consultant shall be responsible for all expenses incurred while performing services under this Agreement. Consultant has the right to perform services for others during the term of this Agreement subject to no competition provisions set out in this Agreement and other related issues are dealt in this form.
