 The owner in accordance with this agreement leases his/her premises, located at an address to the tenant on conditions mentioned in this agreement. In the event either party neglects, refuse or in any way fail to execute the Lease provided or at said time and place, then the party in default shall pay. This document is an agreement to lease and not as a lease.
